Refund policy

We want you to love your Clenzy socks. Every order is covered by our 99-Day Guarantee.

99-day guarantee. If you're not happy with your socks for any reason, contact us within 99 days of delivery through our Contact page with your order number. We'll arrange a free return and issue a full refund to your original payment method, or send you a replacement if you prefer.

Free returns & exchanges. Wrong size? Contact us and we'll exchange it at no cost. We'll send you return instructions; please don't send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds. Once we receive and check your return, we'll email you and process the refund within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

Damaged or wrong items. If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it free of charge.
